An alternative to On-Site Support, many customers opt for Remote support through the internet. By downloading and double clicking on a small file, our Technical Support Staff can access your Computer remotely and quickly resolve issues and in many cases, without physically coming to your location.

As a customer, you will receive support quickly and avoid higher service fees normally associated with on-site support.

Remote Assistance gives us temporary access your computer. There will be no software installed and after the Session is over, we can not reconnect anymore.

Pay per Incident 
(30 mins)

Charge per incident suit most customers. But of course other options are available. The charge is from opening a case until closure for a maximum of 30 mins.
